We like to make our Bertrando Limoncello. A lot. In our opinion most common limoncellos are too soft, with an ABV up until 35%. There is no real taste of alcohol flowing from your gullet to your tummy. That’s where it started. The result? An intense sweet and sour pallet of lemon zest and alcohol all combined in one spirit.
